Practical AI systems for businesses ready to work smarter.

Turn repetitive work
into intelligent systems.

We design and build practical AI automation, agents, integrations, websites, and digital systems around the way your business already works.

A first conversation is free and commits you to nothing.

What we do

Eight ways we make the work lighter

Most engagements combine two or three of these. If you are not sure which applies, that is what the first conversation is for.

  • AI Automation

We map the tasks your team repeats every week, then build systems that carry them out consistently. The work still follows your rules — it just stops needing a person to move it along.

Helps with: too much repetitive administration absorbing skilled time
  • AI Agents

An AI agent is software that can read context, decide what to do next and take a defined set of actions. We build agents with narrow, explicit permissions — and a human in the loop wherever a decision carries real consequence.

Helps with: knowledge locked in documents nobody has time to read
  • Chatbot AI

Chat assistants for your website, your support desk or your internal tools. They answer from your documented knowledge rather than guessing, and hand over to a person when they should.

Helps with: the same questions answered manually, all day
  • Voice AI

Voice systems that answer, route and record calls. They handle the predictable part of a phone conversation — who is calling, what they need, when they can come in — and pass anything else to your team.

Helps with: calls missed during busy periods or out of hours
  • MCP and Integrations

Most AI projects fail on plumbing, not intelligence. We connect your CRM, calendar, database, storage and finance tools so information moves between them — including through MCP, an open standard for giving AI tools controlled access to real systems.

Helps with: business data scattered across tools that do not talk
  • AI Websites and Web Applications

Websites, portals and internal tools built to be fast, accessible and maintainable. Where AI genuinely helps — search, drafting, triage — we build it in. Where it does not, we leave it out.

Helps with: an outdated site that undersells the business
  • 3D and Immersive Experiences

Interactive 3D and motion for the web, used where it makes an idea clearer — a process, a system, a product. Built to degrade gracefully: the page still works with 3D switched off, on a weak device, or with reduced motion enabled.

Helps with: a complex product that is hard to explain in a paragraph
  • Data and Analytics

Getting your data into a state where it can be trusted, then turning it into reporting people actually read. Often the necessary first step before any AI project is worth starting.

Helps with: numbers that disagree depending on who produced them
Where it usually hurts

The problems we are normally called in for

You do not need to recognise all of these. One is enough to be worth a conversation.

  • Too much repetitive administration

Skilled people spending their week on copying, chasing and formatting rather than on work only they can do.

  • Slow lead follow-up

Enquiries sitting unanswered long enough that the person has already spoken to someone else.

  • Scattered business data

The same customer held in a CRM, a spreadsheet and an inbox, with no agreement on which one is right.

  • Manual reporting

Numbers exported, pasted and reconciled by hand every month, then out of date by the time they are read.

  • Slow customer support

A queue that grows faster than the team, with the same questions arriving over and over.

  • Disconnected software

Good tools that were never connected, so people become the integration layer between them.

  • Difficult onboarding

Every new customer or employee handled slightly differently, depending on who happened to pick it up.

  • Inefficient internal processes

Steps that exist because they always have, not because anyone decided they should.

  • An outdated online presence

A website that no longer matches the quality of the business behind it.

  • Unclear AI strategy

Pressure to "do something with AI" without a grounded view of where it would actually pay off.

How we work

Five stages, shaped around your business

Every system is built around your real processes, tools, people and goals — not around a template we reuse.

  1. Discover

We learn how the work is done now — the tools, the people, the exceptions and the reasons behind them.

  2. Design

We propose the smallest system that solves the real problem, and are explicit about what it will not do.

  3. Build

We build in visible increments, so you are never waiting months to see whether the idea works.

  4. Launch

We move it into live use carefully, with your team trained and a way back if something is wrong.

  5. Improve

Systems drift as the business changes. We review how it is performing and adjust it.

What this looks like

Concrete examples, not abstractions

These are the kinds of systems we build. They are described as capabilities — we do not publish results we have not delivered.

  • Automating new-lead follow-up

An enquiry is captured, qualified against your criteria, written to your CRM and acknowledged within minutes.

    AI Automation
  • An internal knowledge assistant

Staff ask a question in plain language and get an answer grounded in your own policies and procedures, with sources shown.

    AI Agents
  • Connecting CRM data to AI

An assistant reads live customer records through explicitly scoped tools, so answers reflect reality rather than a stale export.

    MCP and Integrations
  • An AI support chatbot

Common questions answered from your documentation around the clock, with a clean handover to a person when needed.

    Chatbot AI
  • A voice receptionist

Calls answered out of hours, callers qualified and booked into real calendar slots, with a summary for the morning.

    Voice AI
  • Reports generated automatically

Figures pulled on a schedule, reconciled, formatted to your template and delivered without anyone rebuilding them.

    Data and Analytics
  • A client portal

Customers check status, retrieve documents and submit requests themselves, with permissions enforced on the server.

    Websites and Apps
  • A website that explains the business

A fast, accessible site with interactive visuals used where they clarify an idea rather than decorate the page.

Questions

The things people ask first

If your question is not here, ask it directly — a plain answer costs nothing.

What businesses do you help?

Small and mid-sized organisations with processes that repeat often enough to be worth systematising. The work suits you best if there is a specific, recurring task that costs real time. It suits you least if the goal is to adopt AI in general without a problem attached.

What is AI automation?

Software that carries out a repeatable process on your behalf, using AI for the parts that need interpretation — reading an email, classifying a request, drafting a reply — and ordinary rules for everything else. The process still follows your logic; it just stops requiring a person to move each step along.

What is an AI agent?

A system that can read context, decide what to do next and take a defined set of actions, rather than only answering a question. The important part is the boundary: we give an agent a narrow set of permitted actions, and anything consequential is routed to a person for approval.

What is MCP?

The Model Context Protocol is an open standard for connecting AI systems to real tools and data through explicitly defined, individually scoped operations. In practice it means an assistant can read your calendar or create a CRM record through a specific permitted action, instead of being handed broad access to everything.

Can you work with our existing tools?

That is usually the point. Most projects connect systems you already pay for rather than replacing them. Where a tool has no API and no supported integration path we will tell you early, along with the realistic options.

Do we need technical knowledge?

No. You need to know how your business actually works, including the exceptions. We handle the technical side and explain the trade-offs in plain language so you can make the decisions.

How long does a project take?

It depends entirely on scope, and we will not quote a timeline before understanding yours. A focused single-workflow automation is a materially different piece of work from a multi-system integration. We give an estimate after the discovery stage, with the assumptions written down.

Can you provide ongoing support?

Yes, as an optional retainer covering monitoring, fixes, prompt and rule refinement, running-cost review and small improvements. It is optional by design — you should be able to leave with a working, documented system.

Can you build a private AI system?

We can architect systems so that sensitive data stays within boundaries you set, including self-hosted or private-endpoint model deployments. The right answer depends on your obligations and budget, and we will set out the trade-offs rather than assume the strictest or cheapest option.

How do you protect our data?

Credentials stay server-side, integrations get least-privilege access scoped to what a task needs, data flows are documented, and actions are logged. We will tell you which third-party providers process your data and what each one receives. We do not claim formal certification we have not been through.

Let’s find the work that should be working for you.

A first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing. If we do not think AI is the right answer for your situation, we will say so.
